In 2020, we are going to have a Canada that is more regionally divided than ever before (specifically Alberta/ B.C. vs the rest of Canada). After the success of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics, the amount of foreign investment in B.C has increased. By 2020 the various philosophies of the 20th Century had been filtered through the new Democratic, Market, Utilitarian, and Environmental 'pillars' of post-modern thinking.

"Quebec and the Provinces" was the description of the political constitution of Canada in the early part of the Century, but it had evolved into "The Nations and the Provinces", recognising that the First Nations were the First Nations, Quebec was the Second Nation, Britons were the Third Nations, Europeans were the Fourth Nations, and the World is the Fifth Nation. read more...
